Arrrghhh…join us for the District Conference & Assembly in Mystic – May 2-4, 2014

The Early Bird Rates are ending March 15th  – be sure to register before then to get the best rates possible.

After many years the Rotary D7980 District Conference has finally returned to Connecticut. We have selected  a great venue in the Mystic Marriott of Groton, CT and have a fun time planned.

The conference will be held from May 2nd – May 4th, 2014 (Fri – Sun). It will start with a ‘hands-on’ community service project on Friday and end by Sunday at noon. Long boring speeches will be banned.

Attendees of this conference have the option of registering for the full conference (Fri – Sun) with or without a hotel room for (early bird) rates as low as $299 per person without the hotel.

We also have a new twist in that we will hold the District Assembly at the same time and place as the District Conference. So attendees of the District Conference automatically are registered for the District Assembly for no additional charge.

Why register now?

• We only have 50 hotel rooms (a limited number) for Friday and Saturday night. So if you want a hotel room then you must register before they are all sold out and they will sell out quickly.
• We are offering an Early Bird (Rubber Duck) Special which is the best rate but it ends on 3/15/2014.
