Who discovered the Internet? Al Gore or CT DMV?

Wow; The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles is now partially online. Kicking and screaming they came into the 21st century. You can now do some functions online but fret not as you still must visit in person for critical services like license renewal so you can still enjoy the familiar abuse and mistreatment from our DMV workers that you have become accustom to.

Obviously no one told the good folks at DMV that Al Gore discovered the Internet in the early 1990's.

The limited online services offered by CT DMV

A good step but don’t look for an APP anytime soon.
