When it comes to marketing properties to prospective tenants we cast a wide net across the web by pushing (syndicating) most of our rental advertisements to the following sites: Apartment List, Realtor.com, RentalSource, Apartment.com, RentJungle, Homes.com, Zumper, Facebook & optionally the Zillow Group and the MLS.
Advertising: Our advertisements include 20 – 40 photos, a well-written description of the property covering its benefits, its features, pet policies (if allowed), and the lease terms. Our advertisements, and selection process, are carefully constructed to adhere to all Federal & State of Connecticut Fair Housing Laws.
Screening & Showings: Before any showing appointments are scheduled, potential Renters interact with our automated qualifying system to determine their potential fit for the property based on the selection criteria that our property owners have established (such as minimum required credit score, number of pets…etc). Showing appointments (in-person or virtual) are extended to all qualified prospective renters.
Applications: Interested prospective renters have the opportunity to apply online in our fully automated system on their computers or smartphones. Paper versions of the rental application are also available.
