- Hawaiian Dancers liven up the meeting
- President Tony Terry (center) doing his best impression of Elvis dancing
- A student scholar is awarded a $2,500 scholarship
Wow…for $7 at the Branford Rotary Club this morning there was a nice breakfast, singing, Hawaiian music and dancing, a dancing club president, student scholars walking away with big checks and Ed Davies. Today’s meeting boasted 42 members, 2 visiting Rotarians and 8 guests all huddled into the private meeting room of the Parthenon Diner. It was nice catching up with Chip Marsh and other friends.
President Tony Terry has been riding the wave of what can only can be described as the perfect year. Under his leadership the Branford Club changed from a long time lunch club to a breakfast club, refocused the club on core values and added 10 new members. The Branford Rotary Club is a Vibrant Club!!
Looking for a great place to make-up on Wednesday mornings? Then join the Branford Rotary Club for breakfast at 7:15 at Parthenon Diner Route 1 @ exit 55 off I95.
